Over half of the Hatching Ideas team are in training this week to become accredited in SpotlightPROFILE – a simple but powerful profiling tool that explores the mindset, and behavioural style of the respondent.
We use it in our resilience and wellbeing, coaching, and line management programmes to improve the awareness and adaptability of those we work with.
Although many of the team are accredited in psychometric asssessments such as DISC, Myers Briggs, and Insights – we’ve found it to be the easiest for the clients we work with to get a grip of quickly whilst still having providing a meaningful impact.
