We are looking for individuals to join our People Development practice on a permanent or contract basis.

We are in the process of expanding the team in our People Development practice and are looking for individuals interested in either permanent or temporary opportunities on a full or part-time basis.

Membership and / or any associated training with one of the professional bodies related to the field of People Development, such as the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) or the Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM) is useful to have but not essential.

Finally, any certification or accreditation in the following areas is also of particular interest:

We are 100% supportive of flexible working arrangements. To enable this, there are some practical ‘must haves’ that we require individuals to have in place. They are:

  • Access to a secure laptop or computer, a stable high-speed internet connection, and a private space from which you can work remotely​​
  • Be comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite, in particular Outlook, Word & Powerpoint
  • Experience of using a cloud-based file system such as OneDrive or SharePoint
