Last year, the Hatching Ideas team designed and delivered a ‘Skills Academy’ programme for the line managers of a global technology and consulting company that received some of the highest ratings in the history of the organisation for a learning and development initiative.
This summer, the Hatching Ideas team have been delighted to be invited back to support them with a bespoke resilience and wellbeing programme. It is fantastic to be working with such a forward-thinking organisation that is placing the wellbeing of its people at the forefront of their priorities.
The bespoke programme was designed especially for the needs of the organisation and includes three modules that have been supported by action learning groups to help cement participant learning and encourage discussions between the delegates of each cohort.
The focus has been to share proactive, reactive, and empathetic tactics and techniques. The feedback we have received has been brilliant with 92% of attendees giving the programme an eight or higher when asked how likely they are, on a scale of ten, to recommend the programme to someone else.
