Hatching Idea’s started working with the City of Liverpool College last year. The third-largest further education (FE) provider in the UK based on student population – the college provides educational services to one of the most economically challenged student demographics.
The College recently launched a new strategic plan and approached Hatching Ideas to provide additional support to bolster their Human Resource (HR) and Learning & Development (L&D) functions.
Over the last six months the Hatching Idea’s team have worked closely with the College to produce their first combined ‘People & Organisation Development Policy’, supported the design of their first electronic ‘Staff-Wide Appraisal Process’, issued an ‘Annual End-of-Year Report’, published a ‘People Development Priorities Statement’ and drafted their ‘Annual People Development Plan’
