We’ve become accredited in Situational Leadership (SLII)

Key members of the Hatching Ideas have become accredited in Situational Leadership (SLII) model.

SLII is an easy-to-understand, practical framework that enables managers to identify the development level of an employee for a task and manage them appropriately.

We are shortly going to embark on ‘Train the Trainer’ accreditation as well to further support our clients who are looking to further the capability of their line managers.
