Approximately every three to six months we invite a select group of individuals through to qualification and, if successful, they will join our associate community.

Our qualification process

Step One

An inital chat

We’ll book a call with yourself and Thomas Madden, our Head of Commercial Development, or another member of our core team, to get a sense of your alignment to our role profile.

Step Two

Referencing

All associates are required to provide a copy of their CV and at least two references that we can speak to.

Step Three

Interviews

Approximately every three to six months, we invite a select wave of associates through to an interview with a team subject area lead.

Step Four

Paperwork

We issue our associate agreement and make sure that the right paperwork and compliance is in place.
